SUPER CONCENTRATED ALKALINE DETERGENT FOR CONCRETE SURFACES

ZERO OIL is an industrial alkaline biphasic detergent specifically designed for the rapid and deep cleaning of industrial concrete surfaces from sludge and layers of heavy dirt, thanks to the particular formulation and the innovative action of its components this super-concentrated detergent is able to solubilize and eliminate different types of dirt quickly. Thanks to a high penetrating, emollient and emulsifying power ZERO OIL removes even the most stubborn dirt, ensuring a deeper clean.

Particularly suitable for all those sectors where a highly aggressive product is required for very stubborn dirt; ZERO OIL It can be used for extraordinary cleaning on various industrial surfaces such as concrete and synthetic coatings.

The product can also be used to remove forklift tire marks and for routine cleaning of polished floors.

Description

HOW TO USE

PREPARATION OF THE SUPPORT: shake the product very well before use in order to uniform the two-phase compound in a homogeneous solution; ZERO-OIL can be used in dilution with water from 3 to 8% if it is necessary to intervene to remove superficial layers of sludge, a dilution with water ratio of 1:8 to 1:5 can be carried out; in the case of use in a floor cleaning machine, the use of anti-foam in the tank is recommended.

APPLICATION: avoid allowing the product to dry on the surface and in case of use on paints, rubbers, resin layers, check for compatibility with the support on which it is intended to be used. After washing operations, it is recommended to rinse with water.

STORAGE

The product must be stored in the original containers, hermetically sealed, at temperatures between 10°C and 30°C, protected from direct sunlight and in ventilated areas. In these conditions the product has a shelf life of 12 months from the date of the delivery note, if the material is kept in storage beyond the recommended stability period it will not necessarily be considered unusable but a preventive check on the product must be carried out.
